★★★ What do you recommend for a hot sake? I asked at a liquor store I know and they recommended this one first. It's just plain delicious. It has no peculiarities and is perfect for a regular evening drink. It's like water, you can drink it without thinking about it. Thanks for the happy time. With fried tomato and egg.

★★★★ This is a gift from my father-in-law. I think he must have chosen something delicious for me, and that's why it tastes so good. And it is easy to drink without any peculiarity. It's more than just Niigata sake. It's delicious. I prefer it to Junmai. With cherry tomatoes from the garden. Vegetables are so good.

★ ★ It was recommended to us by our regular liquor store as a summery bottle. The bottle looks cool and easy to drink. It's super dry, but... Well... it's dry. I mean, it doesn't seem to have any flavor. It doesn't seem to have any richness... I think it's just spicy. A little disappointing...

☆☆☆☆ It's Father's Day, so I went to a liquor store I know. They recommended doburoku and I bought it for the first time. When I took a sip, it was sour! But it's good! It tastes completely different from sake. I heard that in the old days, people used to make it in their homes. For better or worse, it's natural. This is the choko I got from my sons. I think it was the first gift I received on Father's Day. It made me very happy. And with a skewer of Echigo-mochi pork that my father gave me.

★★★★★ This is so good! I've never been a fan of Takachiyo because it's too fruity, but this is good! It has a mature feel with less sweetness. I could drink it easily. I drank too much. It's served with Miso-ni (stewed in miso) and Inada that we got.

A bottle I won in the Niigata Enjoy Campaign last year. This is one of the bottles we won in the Niigata Enjoy Campaign last year. It's a very dry wine, but it's refreshing and easy to drink. It's just plain delicious. I think the Yoshikawa Toji appeared in Natsuko no Sake... Together with a local sausage shop "Bulstrook".

★★★ Mmm, spicy. I love F40. Surprisingly easy to drink. If so, what is 50 like? The clerk told me that F40 is about -1. F50 is +11. The dryness goes with everything. It's got a punch to it. With pumpkin pasta.
