Happy New Year 🌅. In my family, 1/1 is the one day a year when we can drink alcohol in the morning 👏 lol We had a cool bottle of sake that we received along with Osechi. I didn't really understand how fruity sake was until now, but this is fruity! It made me feel like a good year is about to begin. ☺️🍶

A keg of sake that was given to me by a family member: ☺️ I didn't know keg sake smelled like wood! I feel like it's New Year's one step earlier. It tastes even better with the boar cup I bought myself......2024 was a good year too! I wish you good sake next year too!

I bought a Kasama-yaki boar cup to drink delicious sake during the New Year's holiday (^^) I usually drink from a glass boar cup, but in winter I wanted to drink from a pottery. Sake is very delicious! I thought I could enjoy the sake alone without any snacks.

Very dry! Even I can tell, this is spicy! My ears are red because of the 18 and high alcohol content 👂. It was refreshingly dry and went well with food. Delicious (^^)

We had this at a ryokan in Omishima. The food and drinks were perfect for a tired body after cycling along the Shimanami Highway.... ☺️ The sake was delicious and refreshing and went well with the seafood dishes. (I had jellyfish sashimi for the first time. ... Amazing!)

I bought this sake as a souvenir from Zao Onsen hot springs with my family 🙂. The color is a little yellowish? It's a little yellowish in color, but it's very clear and dry, and we enjoyed it with scallop sashimi (^^) My father says it tastes heavy, but to my taste buds, it feels refreshing... Sake is difficult to make...

My parents gave me this drink 🍶 after I returned from a trip. The name of the sake says it goes well with fish, but unfortunately tonight it's fried .... I had it with ginkgo nuts which are in season. Delicious!
