Sake from Sado Island, Niigata.
I happened to meet him at a liquor store on my way home from a snowboarding trip to Niigata, and when I drank it, it tasted great.
I was able to meet him at NIGATA 100 in Hibiya OKUROJI.
It's a shame they didn't sell a bottle.
The sake was made by a person trained at a 14th generation brewery. The shopkeeper carefully explained it to me. The aroma is very good (maybe more than fourteen generations?!) It has sweetness and a light aftertaste. It's very easy to drink and you'll be drinking it hard!
A young man of 34.5 years old made this sake at a liquor store near Togakushi Shrine in Nagano. Many of them are made with flower yeast and this time I bought a Tsurubara. This time I bought the Tsurubara. (Cosmos was also available.) It was refreshing and very easy to drink. It was refreshing and easy to drink. It was a great encounter with a sake that we don't see in Tokyo.
A friend of mine who works at a liquor store went to the brewery and got a bottle of sake made by him! It was sweet and fragrant and very tasty. Thanks!
It is a sake brewed with wine yeast. It's like a white wine, and it has a strange feeling. It has sweetness but it's refreshing, so it's easy to drink.
