A young man of 34.5 years old made this sake at a liquor store near Togakushi Shrine in Nagano. Many of them are made with flower yeast and this time I bought a Tsurubara. This time I bought the Tsurubara. (Cosmos was also available.) It was refreshing and very easy to drink. It was refreshing and easy to drink. It was a great encounter with a sake that we don't see in Tokyo.
