An autumnal sake from Shirakawa, Fukushima Prefecture. It's a clear sake with not too much of a smell, which is a typical Tohoku base, but the sake from Nakadori has a stronger taste than Aizu. I got some returned bonito in Iwaki, so I paired it with this sake, and it really goes well with the strong fatty bonito.

Purchased on a business trip to Aomori. A hiyaoroshi that signals the arrival of autumn. The label is stylish with a full moon. The flavor is well-balanced and well-flavored, so you can drink it cold on a hot evening and warm up when it gets a little cooler.

Seventh generation in Fukushima Prefecture, Musical Instrument Masamune! I respect the history. I'm already drunk and it's too much trouble, so I'll just say this: it's sweet and easy to drink. It's a sweet, crisp, easy-drinking sake. But it's easy to drink, sweet and bad. It's not good for people who can't keep up the pace, but it's not good for people who are on a roll.

For me, the ultimate orthodoxy. Rice wine. You can drink it on its own, or with bonito, or with salt licks, or with curry in the extreme, but it doesn't get in the way. It is refreshing but has a strong sour taste on the tongue and has no bad smell or strange residue.

The sake mirae from Yamagata Prefecture is used to make this product. Compared to the usual Junmai Ginjo, it has a plump, sweet flavor and a refreshing taste that is typical of Miyaizumi's. It's not too hard to swallow on its own. You can drink it on its own and it doesn't get in the way of your meal.

It is the easiest to obtain in the Hiroki series. I buy it at the local liquor store in Aizu, but even so, it is hard to get... It's really easy to drink with even more refreshing sweetness than the Senkawa. There is no extreme fruitiness or sourness or slight froth, so it's as close to water as possible. I'd like to have the Hiroki series at home to compare drinks someday.

I got a bottle of Shinsei Lapis and Ecru, so I had the Ecru today. It has a fragrant flavor and slight carbonation with no chunky flavors at all. Even so, it has a strong presence, so you can enjoy the drink without interfering with the food. You won't feel uncomfortable if it's served in French cuisine.

A challenging sake from the beloved Tenmei. Even though the rice is low-polished (86% polished), there is no unbelievable hulliness to it. Rather, it has a refreshing texture that is typical of Tenmei, and is much easier to drink than the Junmai Daiginjo of that area. I heard at a liquor store that this sake was made in Tokyo because of the connections and connections between people, but in this day and age, it may be necessary to be nimble enough to take on challenges in the sake industry.

Of course, the premier sakes in Fukushima and all over Japan are delicious, but if I had to pick up a bottle of sake that I could drink on a regular basis, Tenmei is by far the best. But when it comes to ordinary sake, Tenmei is the best. Tenmei is the pride of Aizu-bange. Basically, Tenmei has a perfect balance of moderate acidity and strong sake flavor, but the unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo has a strong sweetness and aroma, but it is not stinky.

白鶴酒造の若手有志による新しい日本酒プロジェクトの一つ。三種類あるお洒落すぎる日本酒の中でも酸味はやや抑えられてて従来の日本酒っぽいけど、やはりグレープの様な爽やかな酸味。 私は塩を舐めて辛口の日本酒ガバガバの飲むのが好きなんですが、これは白身魚のムニエルとかと合わせてカジュアルに楽しむ日本酒だと思います。 食中酒って料理も相乗効果で楽しめるから面白いですよね。

白鶴酒造の若手有志による新しい日本酒プロジェクト三種のうちの一つ。飲み比べセットで購入しましたが、化粧箱から日本酒とは思えないオシャレさ。 ラベルも穴を除けば裏ラベルが瓶越しに写ってムシメガネを覗いているよう。そんな楽しみもおり混ぜる遊び心は素敵だと思います。 そして何より大事な味ですが、果実酒の様な酸味がメインです。リンゴ酢のような…。正直好みはかなり分かれると思いますが、古き良き辛口日本酒とは真逆の良い日本酒だと思います。

宮泉の限定酒をたまたまゲット。 ベースは宮泉の爽やかな味なんですけど、これは口に入れた瞬間にわかるくらいの微発砲と間違えるような酸味の舌触り。 もったりした臭めの日本酒の対極にあるようなキレ味のある日本酒です。

優しすぎる日本酒。13%の低アルコール度数ってのもありますけど、味わいも優しくて初めて日本酒飲むのがこれなら嫌いにならないと思います。 今回は常温で飲みましたが、冷にしたらと思うとあっという間に無くなるんじゃないでしょうか。 肝心の日本酒としての味わいは米の旨みは爽やかに感じて果実味が鼻から抜ける清涼飲料水のようなお酒です。 オススメ！

福島の名酒、宮泉。 蔵だと写樂が有名ですし私も出会ったら必ず買うくらい好きなお酒ですが宮泉も素晴らしい。 純米は手にも入りやすいですし味わいも程よい雑味もあって且つスッキリ爽やかな風味です。 吟醸は初めて飲むのですが、純米より少し辛みがある感じでしょうか。それでも最後にお米の甘さが残ります。とても爽やかなお酒です。何よりラベルがかわいい。
