猫猫嫁猫娘
A challenging sake from the beloved Tenmei. Even though the rice is low-polished (86% polished), there is no unbelievable hulliness to it.
Rather, it has a refreshing texture that is typical of Tenmei, and is much easier to drink than the Junmai Daiginjo of that area.
I heard at a liquor store that this sake was made in Tokyo because of the connections and connections between people, but in this day and age, it may be necessary to be nimble enough to take on challenges in the sake industry.
