Of course, the premier sakes in Fukushima and all over Japan are delicious, but if I had to pick up a bottle of sake that I could drink on a regular basis, Tenmei is by far the best. But when it comes to ordinary sake, Tenmei is the best. Tenmei is the pride of Aizu-bange.
Basically, Tenmei has a perfect balance of moderate acidity and strong sake flavor, but the unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo has a strong sweetness and aroma, but it is not stinky.
