I got a bottle of Shinsei Lapis and Ecru, so I had the Ecru today.
It has a fragrant flavor and slight carbonation with no chunky flavors at all. Even so, it has a strong presence, so you can enjoy the drink without interfering with the food.
You won't feel uncomfortable if it's served in French cuisine.
