Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Shu ORIGARUMI
I reserved a bottle and wondered when I would drink it, so I paired it with Nara's food.
When I opened the bottle, I could feel the orizzles dancing in the air.
The lactic acidity and fruity taste make it a very delicious sake!
Gorgeous aroma
The flavor of the rice is enchanting, with a firm sharpness and a fluffy aroma that becomes more gorgeous when mixed with the sake lees. As the name suggests, it made for a peaceful evening.
The moment you drink it, it has a refreshing acidity that reminds you of bubbles.
The dryness that spreads afterwards.
This sake has a core that you can't imagine from the label.
It's really good sake at this time of the year!

I knew it was good!
It has a nice mouthfeel, a little sweet at first, but elegant, dry, and very tasty.

A dry sake with umami flavor.
It reminds me of doburoku, but it is not at all!
