We went to "Fushimizu Sake Brewery Koji Annex" in Takashimaya East Building in Nihonbashi. I hear you can drink sake from 18 breweries in Fushimi, Kyoto. First of all, I bought a jacket. It's soft on the palate, with a fruity aroma or a nice ⤴⤴ It's like wine, with acidity, bitterness, and astringency in the aftertaste. It's not disgusting, but I felt something similar to the bitterness of grapefruit. (Cold)

Faint pineapple aroma. Light and mellow on the throat. At the end, the smell of alcohol ⤵I wonder if it was not cold enough in the refrigerator. (12℃ in the refrigerator) If you chill it in the freezer for about 5 minutes before drinking it, it becomes clearer and sharper. The alcohol smell disappeared and I could feel the aroma of apple and peach from pineapple. (Cold)
