Not a lot of fizz for a vigorous lid. I tasted it from the first day it was opened to the third day and didn't like it at all. The sourness and alcoholiness are very assertive and stubborn. I realized that just because something is a little controversial doesn't mean it's good... but... I left what I was drinking with my meal and left it. After a while, I was surprised when I sipped the lukewarm one left in the glass to clean up. The mouthfeel had softened, the aroma was gentle and flavorful, the acidity was gentle, and it had transformed into an easy drink. It was very different from when it was chilled. It was room temperature, so it was about 20-22 degrees Celsius. I was surprised that it turned out like this! I'm going to drink the rest at room temperature. ------------- I drank it again at room temperature, but it was too sour to be flattering.
