みっつーTenmei Junmai Daiginjo Hiiru One Year Aged I don't usually drink aged sake, but this is my first one. It's a beautiful sake! It's delicious! It has a nice balance of sharpness and acidity! It has a bit of an aged flavor, but it goes down smoothly from the top of the tongue to the throat. It's the kind of sake that you can drink through and through! It's great with food, but I'd rather drink it as is or with nuts.

みっつーKaite Otokoyama's Special Junmai Yume no Aka Yume-no-ka is delicious, isn't it? It is my personal favorite rice. This one has a fresh aroma, but it's not light and it stays on your tongue for a while, it's delicious! It tastes as good with darker foods and cheeses as it does with other foods, and it's delicious!

みっつーI had a bottle of Kikki Masamune Bessen Nakadori from Oki Daikichi Honten. I drank a different nakadori one before and it was delicious, so I bought this one too. It's also very crisp and delicious. The aroma is good, but the feeling of drinking it also reminds me of the daiginjo I drank at a sake brewery in Aizu before. Water? No, it's sake, and it's so clean that it goes in easily. I thought it would be delicious with sashimi. The fruity scent, the clear mouthfeel with no miscellaneous flavors, the feeling that goes down the throat easily, this 、、、、 in the low 1,000s is wonderful!

みっつーWe had Yumeshin Junmai Ginjo. I've had Naraman many times, but this was my first time drinking Yumeshin. Since it is from the same brewery, it has a melon-like aroma. When I drank it, the melon aroma came, and then it became spicy and light. It goes down your throat in a flash. I felt like it would go well with any Japanese food! Delicious!

みっつーAizu Kitakata The Yoshinogawa Sake Brewery It is Yoshinokawa Junmai Genshu. The other day, I bought a bottle. I wanted to drink it for a long time, and I got it. Yogo bottle 1320yen Citrusy? or apple? The aroma is somewhere in between citrus and apple, and it comes in lightly. But you can also feel the flavor of Junmai, and it has a faint aroma of Ginjo. The bitterness and dryness you can feel at the end is crisp and nice. I'm sure this sake will go well with many kinds of food. I tried it with white meat sashimi and salted grilled fish, and it was delicious! I bet this would be great with nabe! If it's this good, I could drink it every day during the winter (laughs). Fukushima sake is awesome!

みっつーThis is Miyaizumi Junmai. This sake is a local version of the nationally famous Sharaku. It is stable and delicious. This is delicious. It goes well with meals! I'm so glad I was born in Fukushima!

みっつーThis is another one I drank before. I am migrating from a different app to this one. Good balance of flashiness and flavor. The aroma is reminiscent of muscat, and when you put it in your mouth, it feels like it's going to pop, and the aroma and flavor swells in your mouth and slowly falls down your throat. Very tasty! Would drink again!

みっつーThis is Kokugonsei which is said to have been laid down for three years. It was recommended and bought at a liquor store in Tajima. It is very delicious as the owner says. It's a shame, but it tastes like it was never laid down. There is a fresh feeling, a fruity feeling, and a delicious taste. It is a feeling that I was hit. Let's go to buy it again.
