Special Junmai by Tobiroki.
It's been a long time since I bought it, but I finally opened it.
It has a nice balance of spiciness, bitterness, and umami that goes well with food!
I paired it with grilled shiitake mushrooms and it was delicious!
I haven't had it in about 2 years because I can't buy it unless the timing is right.
