福ちゃんAs we approach the end of the year, I bought a high polished rice sake 🙇🏻♀️. 38% polished rice is 3300yen! The price is amazing. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it'll be great.

福ちゃんIt is made in a wooden vat, so to speak. But there is no scent of wood. My impression is that it's a very beautiful "mountain waste" sake. It's delicious warmed up as well ❤️.
