Ten'onそやし水もと純米にごり酒

福ちゃんThis sake is brewed using the Muromachi period brewing method, Mizumoto (Bodai-moto). When you drink it, there is no aroma, and the flavor is slightly reminiscent of Muscat. It has a sour taste like cheese. And yet, it goes down the throat smoothly and cleanly. I wonder if people in the Muromachi era were drinking this kind of sake? I feel something romantic❤️. How is it brewed? If you are interested https://www.tenon.jp/tenon/655

とくさんHello, Fuku-chan! I was thinking about how to describe that slightly dangerous sourness, but it has a similar cheese feel to it. I feel like this rawness makes it even more historical and romantic✨.
