This sake is brewed using the Muromachi period brewing method, Mizumoto (Bodai-moto). When you drink it, there is no aroma, and the flavor is slightly reminiscent of Muscat. It has a sour taste like cheese. And yet, it goes down the throat smoothly and cleanly. I wonder if people in the Muromachi era were drinking this kind of sake? I feel something romantic❤️. It is a limited edition of 500 bottles. We compared it with the Ararunushi, but this one is a little sweeter. The aroma stands out as if it were an exhibition sake, and the flavor of the rice is fully expressed. I am happy to be able to buy a sake brewed with Yamada Nishiki at an unbelievable price, but I have mixed feelings when I think about the difficult circumstances of each brewery, but it is absurdly delicious❤️.

Made from 33% milled Dewa Sanzu rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture. The price is in the mid 3,000 yen range for a bottle, so it is a surprising price. When you open the bottle, you can smell the gorgeous aroma of Ginga. While feeling the sweetness, the well-balanced umami made me want to drink another glass, and before I knew it, I was staggered. I became a blue bird of happiness❤️.
