I couldn't sleep so I had a little 🍶 of the alcohol my husband bought at the supermarket on our trip to Kochi.
Tangy on the tongue, tangy to the touch. The aroma is a bit unique (woody?) and I like it. I like it ^_^

I love the fruity flavor that spreads with the first sip! I liked it!
Many sakes you get used to and gradually lose the fruity taste (and they are delicious), but the Aki Tiger was fruity the whole time 😲.
Local fish and local sake is the best!
I had my first mejika (young bonito fish) and barracuda (!?!) for the first time. This was the first time I had the fish called "Mejika" (young bonito fish) and "Kamasu Sawara" (!?). I was impressed.
