I couldn't sleep so I had a little 🍶 of the alcohol my husband bought at the supermarket on our trip to Kochi.
Tangy on the tongue, tangy to the touch. The aroma is a bit unique (woody?) and I like it. I like it ^_^
I love the fruity flavor that spreads with the first sip! I liked it!
Many sakes you get used to and gradually lose the fruity taste (and they are delicious), but the Aki Tiger was fruity the whole time 😲.
Local fish and local sake is the best!
I had my first mejika (young bonito fish) and barracuda (!?!) for the first time. This was the first time I had the fish called "Mejika" (young bonito fish) and "Kamasu Sawara" (!?). I was impressed.
It is amber in color, and after drinking it, a peculiar aroma, similar to, but not quite the same as, a savory aroma passes through the nose. Like the smell of dog? But I don't dislike it.
A slight yellow tint?
It's a little thick, but the first impression is protein.
The aroma that comes out of the nose is like wood chips and refreshing.
It's an addictive feeling.
At the Hotel Margherita, Goto Islands.
The first sip is refreshing, with a unique aroma, a little rubbery in the nose. But it's not bad, it's an addictive feeling.
I received a pure rice.
It has a light yellowish color.
sticky-fingered
I like it because it's slightly tangy, but it's mild and relaxed.
There's a slight bitterness that lingers on.
