Sukiyaki on New Year's Eve! I will be pairing it with Yukidaruma by Sentori, which was the first sake that drew me into the world of Japanese sake this year. The aroma is full of deliciousness, the flavor is full of the strength of the rice, and the taste is full of the power of the rice.
