Sukiyaki on New Year's Eve! I will be pairing it with Yukidaruma by Sentori, which was the first sake that drew me into the world of Japanese sake this year. The aroma is full of deliciousness, the flavor is full of the strength of the rice, and the taste is full of the power of the rice. The umami with the strength of rice, and the moderate sweetness that goes well with meals. and a moderate sweetness that goes well with a meal. This is the last sake of the year, and I am glad I made it.

Toyama's famous sake, Haneya 🍶. The label is absolutely gorgeous✨. The aroma is gorgeous on the palate, and the flavor is delicious. The aroma is gorgeous on the palate, but the umami is much more intense. I had it with oden for the first time this year...
