Junmai Daiginjo Nama Genshu
This is the sweetest sake I drank that day. But it also has a good flavor. It has the smoothness of a daiginjo. My favorite flavor.
Left photo
Slightly nigori sake. It is sweet and soft. There is almost no spiciness and the sweetness is gentle. It is not overpowering. My favorite flavor.
Junmai Unfiltered Raw Sake
It is said that this sake is limited to Niigata Prefecture's special dealers.
This sake is not only dry, but also has a delicious taste.
The level of sake sold at Izakaya in Niigata is very high.
Abe Seasonal Limited Sake
Lightly nigori. It was an easy to drink sake.
Unfortunately, I couldn't take a picture of the bottle, but it was delicious, so I checked in.
The right side.
The label is black, but it says "ZAO" on it.
The rice is "Kuranohana".
The freshness is similar to the Hirotogawa on the left, but the sweetness is less and there is a little bitterness.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Raw Sake. The rice is said to be 100% Yume no Kaori.
Fresh! The right side of the photo, ...it's pitch black, but the freshness is close to ZAO. And I felt it was sweeter than ZAO.
