It's been a while since I've wanted to drink an arosoe, but when I think of Kikuso, all I can think of is honjozo, and I end up choosing an arosoe that doesn't look like an arosoe, which is the charm of it!
The balance of umami, acidity, and spiciness is just too good, and it's crazy to think that a bottle of this is only a little over 2,000 yen.
It can be served chilled, at room temperature, or heated!
