sankonIt is a sake brewed with ancient rice (purple black rice), and the fire-hardened type has a red color, but the nigori type has a color like Calpis grape. The after taste is a little dry. It's a nama-shu, but it's not that fresh, but it's very drinkable. This is delicious!
