I wanted to drink a draft sake, so I bought it only because of the label. When I opened the lid, I could see the carbon dioxide gas coming out of the ori that had sunk to the bottom of the bottle. It's alive! It has a pleasant taste with just the right amount of acidity. All the sake that can feel this kind of carbonation is delicious!

Gonda Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery, had a stall at the Industrial Festival. When I ordered a bottle of "Nama-shu" (fresh sake), this was recommended to me! I ordered this one and was recommended this one. It was bottled the day before I bought it, so it was really fresh sake. It was crisp, with a hint of sourness and a heavy, thick texture. I have never tasted such a fresh saké before. I had never had sake this fresh before, and I was impressed by something I had never tasted before. I don't need to complain, it's delicious.

This is a sake from last year's hanpukai. It had been sitting in the fridge for a long time. I wanted to drink it quickly, so I opened it. When I came to, it was gone. I haven't had many brands, but skunk cabbage is wonderful. I am looking forward to the hanpukai again this year.

I kept last year's draft sake from the hanpukai in the fridge for a long time, not because I wanted to waste it, but rather because I thought it would be good for some event. I thought it would be a good time for an event, but six months have gone by without anything special happening. The next one is about to be released, so I thought I'd drink it up while I still can. I have one more bottle left, so I'll open the last one when I catch a good snack.
