I wanted to drink a draft sake, so I bought it only because of the label.
When I opened the lid, I could see the carbon dioxide gas coming out of the ori that had sunk to the bottom of the bottle. It's alive!
It has a pleasant taste with just the right amount of acidity.
All the sake that can feel this kind of carbonation is delicious!
