のび太Gonda Sake Brewery, a local sake brewery, had a stall at the Industrial Festival.
When I ordered a bottle of "Nama-shu" (fresh sake), this was recommended to me! I ordered this one and was recommended this one.
It was bottled the day before I bought it, so it was really fresh sake.
It was crisp, with a hint of sourness and a heavy, thick texture.
I have never tasted such a fresh saké before. I had never had sake this fresh before, and I was impressed by something I had never tasted before.
I don't need to complain, it's delicious.
