The aroma is just gorgeous! One word. Is it sake? It is so easy to drink that you would be fooled into thinking it was a "good" wine, and I now understand why it is so popular with women and why there is a constant line of people waiting in line. I am a fan.

Omachi is easier to drink than Yamada Nishiki! How is it in the public's opinion? I think it had more of a sake feel than the Jikin I drank when I was just getting into it. It is suitable for a food sake, and I can see why it sells well.
