Omachi is easier to drink than Yamada Nishiki! How is it in the public's opinion? I think it had more of a sake feel than the Jikin I drank when I was just getting into it. It is suitable for a food sake, and I can see why it sells well.

I bought this while visiting Ibaraki. I was told that a couple is working hard on sake brewing. It is quite easy to drink, and I think women like the taste. The aroma is not as good as Hana-Abiki, but it is just as easy to drink.

Junmai Daiginjo from Sake Musashi. The first sip was gorgeous and fruity, and later I felt quite alcoholic. It was a little different from what I expected from a Junmai Daiginjo, but very tasty.

Spring Breeze I wanted to try Kido once. It was more bitter than I expected and I didn't like it very much... It is cheap at 1,300 yen, but I guess you may not like it.

Hana Abi purchased in line. The first bite was, "Pineapple!" I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be doing. The alcohol was only 16 degrees, so I felt it well afterwards. (Is it possible that it's a raw sake?) I wanted to drink other kinds.
