It's nice to feel that it's gentle in every way! It's not flashy, but rather a slight sweetness that makes you feel relaxed. It's really delicious.

This sake was given to me by an acquaintance, but I didn't know this brand (although I do know the name of the person "Tokugawa Ieyasu"). I didn't feel much impact from the aroma, but when I put it in my mouth... The fruity feeling was amazing! It's a sake that you can really enjoy the flavors as they roll off your tongue and into your nostrils. You can enjoy this sake all by itself without anything else👍🏻. This is the kind of sake that will make you fall into the bottomless pit of sake.

It was recommended as a mid-meal drink, but I decided to try it after dinner. At the beginning of drinking, I couldn't feel the aroma and the bitterness was so strong, but it was so delicious that I couldn't stop drinking! It's really delicious! I'm sure I'll finish it this evening.

Watching the Olympic baseball final between Japan and USA. Beer is the best way to watch baseball game, but drinking good sake is also a Japanese luxury👍🏻. It's so good!

It was hot and humid, but when I found Daishichi, I couldn't help but want to drink hot sake. After a quick dinner, I took my time to enjoy it... It's intensely delicious!

Green label? What's more, the style of writing is different from that of Hiroto River, which I always see. If I didn't have some kind of time or budget constraint, I'd drink it all in one night... It's really good! Hirotogawa never misses a beat!

It's been a week since I opened the bottle... I've been enjoying it every night, chibiri-chibiri, and it seems to be getting better and better. The summer sake was really good, but it's also great to enjoy the complex flavors of this junmai-shu slowly 🤤.

Akitsuho 507 (This is my first time drinking this sake) The label and tagline "...delicately fermented to maximize the smooth texture and rich fruitiness..." and "...pear-like..." raised the bar pretty high 🤤, but it was even better than expected 😆. I'm so grateful that Nara's amazing sake is now available in Fukushima😄.

This weekend, we'll be drinking Kaze no Mori 🤤. I bought two types at Watanabe Sota Shoten in Aizuwakamatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture. Kaze no Mori has surprised me before (bluish label), but this Akitsuho 657 is new to me... I knew it, yum! 😳😱🤣 I'll leave it to other reviews to tell you exactly how good it is, but anyway, no matter how many times I drink Kaze no Mori, it's always good😭. It's really amazing that this is made with rice...

I was surprised that this was only 1,155 yen, and that it included tax...

I know it's supposed to be served with sashimi, but tonight I had it with Domino's pizza take-out😏. It's not fancy, but it's a really good drink👍🏻. It's a dry sake that brings out the best in the pizza, while still giving you the feeling that you're drinking sake. 🤤 It's just my personal taste, but I think Junmai sake is better than red wine for pizza!

Hirotogawa is just delicious! Especially this Special Junmai👍🏻. I was taught to drink it slowly while biting Camembert cheese. I've been drinking it since I was taught how to drink it... It's bliss 🤤!

It's a gift from an acquaintance, and it's delicious at room temperature, chilled, or heated 🤤. I've been drinking a lot of fruity or floral sake lately, so I have to admit that the first sip didn't have a special impact on me as a sake beginner... However, after that, every time I drank it, I started to feel the complexity of the flavor... and eventually, I was hooked 😆. Cold or warmed, it has a bit of a lingering aftertaste that's similar to Fujiya's Milky, and even a bit nostalgic... what do you think?

This is my first time to try Nanbu Bijin. It's a summer sake, but it's really more delicious than we expected. Even without any snacks, we can enjoy it without hesitation. I'd like to try the other standard sake as well. The other day I had a bottle of Akatake, which is a very good Iwate sake 😋.

This is my first Red Warrior (and my first post). It was given to me by an acquaintance. This is how I would describe the refreshing taste of summer sake 🤤 really, it's umai 👍🏻 (sorry for the vocab...) It's good to gulp it down, but personally, it was so good that I wanted to keep it in my mouth longer. But the gap between the harsh label and the gentle taste is amazing😄.
