Even though it is sweet, you can't drink it in a big gulp because it has a lot of alcohol. This is a sake to be enjoyed with snacks. It's the kind of sake I like to drink mainly with sake. I drank it with cheese as recommended by the waiter, and it was a great match with the aftertaste of the cheese. The melt-in-your-mouth mildness is irresistible.
