KINMI Sake, the Sake Support Group
Purchased at Takashimaya for GW.
It was a 6-bottle set including the 5 bottles in the pamphlet and the addition of the Junmai sake from NOTO.
It covered the spectrum from sweet to dry, and I enjoyed it!
Personally, I enjoyed KAMOGATA from Okayama.
To match the thirteen people of Kamakura-dono, the great river.
Dry sake. It went well with salted squid, but also with the scallop cheese we had in stock. I got the impression that it goes well with foods that are more umami and rich than those that are light and simple. The label is also beautiful ✨.
I bought it because of the cute fox on the label.
I drank it chilled and it was refreshing and tasty. It seems to go well with a wide range of Japanese and Western food.
I enjoyed drinking it with sashimi and tofu, but it would also go well with yakitori and other firm-flavored snacks with sauce.
I'll repeat and try it again.
I went to a sushi restaurant for an office get-together.
I started with beer, but switched to sake halfway through.
Among the various sake we drank, the one we enjoyed the most was this Shimeharihari Tsuru.
It went well with both a la carte dishes and sushi!
Yay, otters!
The depth of nostalgia that accepts even the Yatsugatake Kogen egg sandwich (the one with thickly-baked eggs) that I bought at an ekiben fair held at a local supermarket. I'm so happy.
I drank the remainder of the bottle on Sunday. 3 days have passed, but I didn't notice much change in the taste.
It has a fluffy aroma in the mouth, but a crisp taste when swallowed.
I'd like to try other works besides Gennochi.
I bought it at a supermarket in my neighborhood.
I wonder if this is what they call a gorgeous fragrance.
I was planning to drink it slowly, but it was so refreshing and easy to drink that I soon ran out.
I used my refreshment break to file my tax return.
I was relieved when it was over, and since I saw that a supermarket I don't usually go to sells redfish liver, I decided to drink it in the afternoon. It goes well with the tempura of cod sprouts I bought on the side.
