Freshly shiboritate kameguchi purchased at the Ishikawa Shuzo November Appreciation Day. The fruity, flowery aroma gently rises along with the zing of alcohol that is typical of freshly squeezed new sake.
Ohhhh 🥹.
This is delicious. Sweetness and acidity like cucumber and white grapes. The aftertaste is refreshing, yet lingering and makes you want to take another sip.
I had a chance to visit the brewery and bought a small bottle.
I was told that the sake is made with Tokyo water and rice,
What kind of rice is used for all brands? I wonder if it's all the same,
Basically, they use edible rice.
When I drank it, I felt a fruity sweetness at first,
As I drank it, I gradually felt a honey-like sweetness.
Tamanjutsu is a sake characterized by its sweetness,
This one gave the impression of a particularly strong sweetness.
I paired it with light-flavored oden, which was a nice touch.
It would also be good warmed up.
A bottle of Taman's pride. A bottle purchased at the monthly appreciation day. It is bottled to order. The sake is aged in cedar casks and then further flavored with cedar chips. The cedar gives the sake a peppery, spicy aroma when combined with the sake. I find the concept of barrel-aged sake very interesting, similar to the barrel aging of Western sake. And the best part is that it tastes great.

Fussa brewery opening. Ishikawa Sake Brewery.
Great shuttle bus service between the two breweries makes it much shorter & free 🚌.
Nice, Fussa👍.
Upon arrival, I saw the new sake and decided to drink it right away😄.
Light sweetness and a little bitterness 😁.
You can feel the hackles at the end 🙄.
You can also enjoy the ginjo aroma ☺️
This was a sake that you can feel the pride of a classic that aims for modernity 😆.
Hello, Matsuchiyo!
The food was great, better than I expected 😄.
Fussa Chamber of Commerce is cool 😎.
I think you can enjoy it even if you are just visiting .
A joint project by Tokyo's local sake breweries Kaisen, Sawanoi, and Tamajiman, this sake is recommended to be drunk with soda. This time, I purchased Tama Boast by Ishikawa Sake Brewery from their online store.
It is recommended to be drunk with soda, but I tried it without soda. It is a rich, strong honjozo sake with a sweet flavor that seems to heat up nicely.
When I tried it with soda, as recommended, the sake was softly fragrant and slightly sweet, making it a perfect summer drink. I drank Sagaminada Sake with Soda a while ago and was impressed by its aroma, but this one is very easy to drink with a softened taste and alcohol content, yet still has a nice aroma.
I would love to try Sawanoi and Kaisen as well.
But... I wish the liquor stores in Tokyo would compete more with Tokyo's sake... it's so good...
Arabashiri was recommended to us as it is only available this time of year.
It has a freshness and a strong sweetness similar to pineapple.
Overall, the sake brewery has a lot of sweet sake,
Quite sweet from the brands we had been drinking recently,
A little harsh on the first day of opening the bottle.
After a couple of days or so.
the astringency started to come out and it became easier to drink.
A good sake for those who like sweet sake.
After lunch, we went to Ishikawa Sake Brewery again,
I had decided not to buy sake this time,
But that thought collapsed before my eyes when I saw the sake.
According to the brewer, most of the sake was sweet,
I bought this junmai sake,
I bought this Junmai sake.
It has a mild and mature taste.
It is not fruity, but rather has a sweetness from the rice.
It is still rather sweet, but it is easy to drink.
It is sweet, but you can drink it smoothly.
Visited a sake brewery and purchased.

Sourness with a touch of fermentation! Not disgusting ^ ^.
It also feels like citrus sourness 🍊
After that, a nostalgic sweetness including a milkiness like mixed juice ^ ^.
It seems to go with everything! Yum ^ ^
Winter only. Polishing ratio 50%.
Brilliant aroma and crisp, dry taste.
It was delicious and could be drunk in large gulps.
We visited Ishikawa Sake Brewery to purchase it and paired it with smoked cheese made with cherry chips from Tama, which we also purchased.
The flavor was rich and delicious. Perfect with beer.
Ishikawa Brewery also serves local beers such as Tama no Megumi and TOKYO BLUES, so I think I will buy beer next time.
