I have always wanted to taste Houou Mida! I've been wanting to taste it for a long time!
I had it in full expectation.
...aromatic, but a bit heavy for me personally. Rice! Ginjo! I have come to realize that I prefer sake that is fruity and refreshing, or has a slight sourness to it, rather than sake that tastes like rice!

Junmai Daiginjo which impressed me at the tasting.
I think the BLACK was better than that...
Junmai Daiginjo: deep but light and easy to drink
BLACK: Clear and dry! But the aroma was there...
We also had a set of the Moko-Oke Brewing, Junmai Ginjo, and Junmai Daiginjo as a set to compare.
The first one was the most fruity and easy to drink at the beginning of the year!
