kohI have always wanted to taste Houou Mida! I've been wanting to taste it for a long time!
I had it in full expectation.
...aromatic, but a bit heavy for me personally. Rice! Ginjo! I have come to realize that I prefer sake that is fruity and refreshing, or has a slight sourness to it, rather than sake that tastes like rice!
