At home with dinner. I bought this for my daughter to celebrate the end of her Corona and was looking forward to drinking it. However, my daughter's back was covered with a sweat rash from sleeping so much during the corona. She drank a glass of SENKYO sake with an ice-cone on her back and was told to go further to the right and down, but the sake tasted nothing. The last time I drank it, I felt a strong rounded sweetness and a refreshing taste. That's all.
Matsutaro after a long time. Glad to see Mambo open up.
I'm glad everyone seems to be in good spirits.
Oh no. The second drink I ordered was a local sake called Isobojimai. It tastes lighter than Morishima's Omachi, but it smells sweet. I had it with a large bai clam stewed in soy sauce. Delicious. We are happy. Everyone seems to be in good spirits, which makes me happy.
At Matsutaro.
Slight firing. Elegant. Delicious. The rice must be good.
But I have a hunch that I prefer something a little more vulgar. I like it when the rice leaves a thick aftertaste. I think it's something like that.
Is there a difference between good taste and liking it?
It was at a tavern near the boarding house of a childhood friend, Yoyo, I think. I was told by the wolf that this was not the kind of sake to drink when you were a student, and the taste became even more unforgettable. This is the sake I bring with me when I go back to my parents' house at the end of the year. The taste is refreshing, but when you put it in your mouth, it becomes sweet and thick, and disappears after you drink it. I can't stop drinking it!
A college student traveling alone. After worshipping Sakamoto Ryoma, I went to Izakaya Ippon Zuri. Drunken Whale, named after the natural enemy Yodo, is a good match for Kochi's popular fish. This was the first sake I learned to drink dry.
