I tasted the R-type and the Hinotori 😋.
The Hinotori was a little too sweet for me. Sweet like a noble rot wine? Of course it tastes great, but I don't think I could drink it with rice.
The R type is less sweet in comparison. But I think it is too much for my conventional way of drinking sake.
It is a waste of my conventional way of drinking sake. I felt that I liked the Shimebari Tsuru Haru Shibori that I drank earlier.
It was good to be able to think that the more expensive the better, and I was glad that I could understand my feelings. I also learned that there is such a delicious sake.
It was a good night!
