地元岡山を中心に全国の美味しいお酒を飲んで上げていきます🍶 岡山県は雄町を筆頭に日本有数の酒米の産地 中国山地のミネラル豊富な美味しい水 何より備中杜氏の腕 本当に日本酒のレベルが高いのですが 地元の人でもあまり認知されていないのが残念。 全米で岡山の地酒が1-2フィニッシュを取っても 地元の居酒屋は有り難がって獺祭を並べている始末。 少しでも岡山のお酒の良さを知って貰えれば嬉しいです❗

Even though it is a Junmai Ginjo, the first impression is that it is very drinkable Rich rice flavor🌾 But the aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing✨. A strange sensation. You can enjoy it twice in one sip 🎵!

My first drink of the new year was a Daiginjo Yuka by #Kihei. As a neophyte #Omatist, I thought that the best Omachi was about 50-60% polished. I thought that But this sake, which is polished to 35%, betrayed my expectations in a good way (lol). It is mellow and fruity, but It's mellow and fruity, but it also has the fullness of flavor that is typical of Omachi, and it's a luxurious sake that will satisfy you☺️.

冬の即売会限定酒。 なんかラベルに既視感あると思ったら 新米新酒の呼吸 嘉美心酒造の型 って書いてあるw 確か米はアケボノって言ってたと思う。 食用米の純米大吟醸は珍しいと思うけど フルーティーでまろやか、口当たりが良く美味しい❗

Today is also Christmas, so sparkling sake! The muddiness is settled at the bottom of the bottle, but don't turn it over. When you twist the stopper, the muddiness boils up from the bottom and it's like a beautiful snowscape playing backwards⛄. The taste is gentle and slightly sweet, so you can drink as much as you want. What a devilish 15 degrees of alcohol 😈!

Online year-end party with a friend in Saitama and give each other sake❗ The sake they sent us was Koshigaya-shuku, a local sake from Koshigaya. It's a polished 70, but it's mellow and delicious on the palate. #I've never heard of this rice called "Sai no Kagayaki" before.

I checked in again for the All-American Japanese Sake Competition Daiginjo A Division runner-up award. It's still delicious😆 The balance of flavors is great, with a great flavor and aroma, and you can really drink as many as you want 🎵. But still, the 1-2 finish in the U.S. for a drink from Okayama Prefecture was numbing 😆. In the same Daiginjo A category, there are Otters, Hakkisan, Koshinokamba, Kokuryu, Fukuju, Mutsu Hassen, Shimebari Tsuru, Hatsuzumon, and Kudokude, but they are really great❗
