As soon as I drank it, the scent of what smelled like makgeolli escaped my nose! Firmly cloudy and rich in flavor. You can raise the temperature a bit, but it's still delicious and mellow. It is said to be a sake brewed with black malted rice. The label is cool too.

I was shocked by the Alhi Pink Nokumasanga I drank the other day. The second bottle of Takachiyo is a limited edition Halloween label. This kind of playfulness is so fun. The taste is slightly muddy and pear-like. At 16 degrees, it's a bit high.

In the basement of the Osaka Ekimae Dai-ichi Building. When I worked near here, every time I came to work on a Saturday. The restaurant I went to with my boss. At the time, I didn't think he could drink sake. Beer and this was all I had to drink. Ah, if I'd been drinking sake since then. It would have been more fun. The design is cute and for girls.

This sake is made using the Edo-period brewing method "Tomizu-jikomi". An all-around great sake that can be served warm or cold. I served it cold. You can feel the history of sake passed down from generation to generation.

Yamada Nishiki's father? Like target rice. The first time I drank at Mimurosugi, which I had longed for. It was the first sake made with Watofune Nigo since the company was founded. It was delicious.
