Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture Kame-no-i Sake Brewery Co. The aroma of this sake is fragrant as soon as it is poured, but the sadness disappears within a few minutes... The mouthfeel is smooth, but it is still dry. Personally, I like to drink this kind of sake in the latter half of a meal with a small snack.

I bought this sake for a cost-conscious evening drink. When drunk cold or chilled, it is just as the name suggests, with a light punch at the back of the throat. It is a sake with a light punch at the back of the throat. When heated, it mellows out and becomes easier to drink.
