Sakata City, Yamagata Prefecture Tohoku Meihin Brewery
This is the first brand we have seen.
It was warmed up to lukewarm (maybe 40℃).
It was a good sake, with a sour taste on the palate, followed by a nice sake-like taste in the mouth.
I like heated sake...I think I'm going to get into it this year.
