I had to drink some local sake, so I bought some when I went back home! Hakutsuru-nishiki sake from the original Hakutsuru family, because Jikin Hakutsuru-nishiki is so delicious! Mouthfeel as if it were slightly thickened Less sweet and easy to drink (*´﹃)
