It seems to be a springtime sake, but the master of the restaurant recommended it to me as his favorite.
It has a strong alcohol content (19-20 degrees). It has a strong, robust flavor.
I opened the sake I bought at the brewery opening.
I guess this rich sweetness is what makes it a kijo-zake. It is more like an after-dinner dessert than a mid-meal drink. It is not too heavy, and the sake cup goes well with it.
It is a sake from Fukumitsu Shuzo, which once went out of business but was revived about 5 years ago (2019).
As is typical of doburoku, we enjoyed its mild and gentle taste with a touch of coarseness.
This is my favorite nigori sake so far. It has a subtle sweet and sour taste.
I kind of want to drink it when I eat pancakes or okonomiyaki...
Enoki Shuzo is famous for its kijo sake, which is also blended into this nigori sake.
When a new sake store opened in my neighborhood, I decided to buy something, so I bought "Saku", which is not often seen in my hometown.
It is sweet, fruity, and easy to drink.
This is a summer version following the spring "Rururu". Perhaps a picture of a crane?
The drink is easy to drink, with a hint of sweetness.
I drank it at the second restaurant today, so hopefully next time I will drink it before I get drunk.
My roommate gave me one that had been sitting in the fridge for a while.
It might be a little spicier than my previous impression. Maybe it was because it had been open for a while, or maybe it was the combination with the food.
Next time, I would like to have a bottle in good condition.
When I visited the brewery in April, I bought a small bottle of the single-batch size.
It is slightly sweet and easy to drink, but there is a slight spiciness to it afterwards.
