The aroma is sweet. Fruity. The ginjo aroma spreads in the mouth. There is a slight bitterness, but the fruity flavor wins out. The alcohol content is high at 18 degrees, but you don't feel it that much when you drink it. However, it is dry.

As soon as you put it in your mouth, the sourness makes you think it is carbonated. It is refreshing, but with a hint of rice flavor and a strong aftertaste. Walnut miso goes well with it.

I bought this one for home drinking. I bought it because I was attracted by the name of "Ikebukuro" and "Shiboritate". I usually drink Kikumasamune's Shiboritate Masamune Silver Pack at home. I drank this sake chilled as recommended, and I can certainly feel some of the freshness and gorgeousness of the sake. But at the same time, there is a lot of umami (miscellaneous flavors) for this type of sake. Although there is not a lot of it, there is also a bitterness and a rough feeling on the tongue, which may bother some people. It's a regular sake, so that's to be expected. I think the cost is good, but it may not be that good if you can recommend it to everyone.

The mouthfeel is fruity, reminiscent of peaches and muscat. However, the taste and bitterness comes through in the mouth. The aftertaste is not refreshing, but more like a full-bodied one. It has a strong assertiveness. Although it is a ginjo, I think it is better to drink it as a sipping sake than to drink it by itself.

自粛期間中、家の酒ストックも無くなりつつあり、節約志向で普通酒でも試してみるかと思い、パッケージと菊正宗というところで無難に購入。普通酒なので正直そこまで期待していなかったが、思った以上に吟醸香が香る。かなりフルーティー。確かに特定名称酒に比べると多少劣るところもあるとは思うが、値段を考えるとコスパは相当良いと思う。かなり気に入った。
