The mouthfeel is fruity, reminiscent of peaches and muscat. However, the taste and bitterness comes through in the mouth. The aftertaste is not refreshing, but more like a full-bodied one. It has a strong assertiveness.
Although it is a ginjo, I think it is better to drink it as a sipping sake than to drink it by itself.
