It was recommended to me at a small restaurant and I️ tried it and it was very delicious. I looked at the label and saw a wine-like pattern and brand name. Interesting! I mail-ordered it immediately! It was a summer sake, and when I chilled it and opened the cork, it made a nice sound! I poured it into a glass and drank it! Slightly carbonated and slightly tangy, it is sweet but refreshing!

It says it tastes good chilled, so I chilled it in the fridge and drank it. The sweetness comes through mildly and it is very easy to drink!
