A souvenir from his father's trip to Kyushu.
It has a clean, elegant sweetness and a fruity aroma (green apple?) that disappears quickly. It is a very well-balanced sake.
I drink it with yudofu (tofu), and it has a subtlety that complements the yudofu without interfering with it.
