It has been a while since I had a fruity sake.
I was not fond of fruity sake with too strong an aroma, but this time I was able to enjoy it very much.
Especially, it was a perfect combination with ankou-nabe (anglerfish stew).
Although the aroma was strong, it did not interfere with the flavor of the ankou nabe, but rather seemed to enhance it. It was the best pairing! (Drunk)
