We chose this sake to go with sashimi of sea bass.
I don't want it to be sweet.
But it is not dry and light either.
Kikuhime's rich and full flavored sake is as good as it gets.
It's not sweet, it's not spicy, it's not full of rice flavor, it's not sour, and it's not gloomy.
I think it is a well-made sake.
