Sourness with a hint of a splash of sapidity. But it tastes clean. It is 360ml and requires a bottle opener. I haven't used a bottle opener since 😅. I know it says to chill it, but I couldn't wait and drank it at room temperature lol. It was delicious, so I'll drink it cold next time!
