Jr. Ogawa yeast that I bought in July but drink now.
Drank it last year, will drink it again this year.

Clear and fruity ginjo aroma.
Apple, orange peel, citrus, hints of peach and pineapple. Alcoholic aroma.
Gorgeous and nice aroma.
Mouthfeel.
Smooth on the palate.
Soft sweetness like rice, apple and peach is the first impression.
There is also a hint of alcohol sweetness.
As it rolls around on the tongue, the flavor switches to sourness and a slight bitterness appears.
When the sake is swallowed, the aforementioned sweetness gradually fills the mouth in the aftertaste.
The acidity and bitterness are quickly snapped out of it.
They do not linger in the aftertaste at all.
It is a blissful moment when you can enjoy a very pleasant aftertaste.

Fruity sake.
Sweet and fruity.
But it also has acidity and bitterness. (It also has a sake-like taste.) But the sharpness after swallowing is too good, so there is no lingering bad taste.
