Kurosawa Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture. It is one of my favorite sake breweries.
It is said that the sake is matured in the Yonome Dam (not underwater).

Taste
It is smooth on the palate and easy to drink fruity sake. It is easy to drink and fruity.
From the middle, the umami of rice and the spiciness of sake swell up in the mouth and nostrils.
In other words, it is "fruity and dry.
It is a very greedy taste.
I think it is in the plus range of sake.
