Salinger
Comparing three Tsukiyoshi-no's. Part 3.
Personally, I was looking forward to this one the most.
[Aroma
Fruity and gorgeous aroma.
Sweet fruity aroma.
I've been waiting for this!
I couldn't help but gut-pause in my heart.
Taste
Smooth and sweet on the palate.
The acidity that I felt in (1) and (2) is still there, but not as strong as in (1) and (2).
There is none of the dryness felt in the "Aka" and "Sakura," and the fruity sweetness and the sweetness of the rice can be felt from start to finish.
The acidity also comes in, but it accompanies the sweet and delicious taste, creating a nice accent.
The alcohol is pleasant on the nose.
The acidity makes for a surprisingly refreshing finish.
Summary
All three bottles are made from Hitogochi.
The method of production or brewing may differ between the three, but each has a different aroma and taste, which is interesting! Sake is amazing! Sake brewing is amazing!
I like sweet and fruity sake, and I definitely prefer this one to Tsukiyoshino's "Sakura", which is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake version!
