Thick, pale yellow in color, with an aroma of banana, earthen walls, eggplant, and vegetables on the nose, and a taste of faint bitterness, astringency, and transparency, with a watery clarity and a faint stimulation that rises to the nostrils, reminding us that this is sake, a clear liquid. It has a shiny, faint yellow colour, with a slight lactic acidity, moderate on the palate, with a thick, mild sweetness, which soon merges with the sourness to become sweet and sour. The aftertaste is slightly astringent and bitter. When you drink it several times, you get used to the sweetness and acidity and it becomes easy to drink. It is very good because it is not raw sake, but it has been heated once, so it is a little tight.
